Join Ja'net for a special Yoga class to renew your self in preparation for the New Year and in celebration of the Winter Solstice. Experience a balanced Yoga practice for your body, mind and self as we move towards greater light in our day and life.
Limited Space. Register before December 18th.
A portion of the proceeds from this class will be donated to the Calgary Women's Centre. Items will also be collected for donation.
